The second DA split from 1995. Apparently it was supposed to be a Plutocracy & Assück split, but Assück never recorded their part so Discordance Axis jumped in. DA side features 5 kickass songs, and some of my favorites from Jouhou. Plutocracy was a great grindcore (/powerviolence?) band from Atherton, CA. Pretty awesome, kinda funny and quite spastic and original. They had their own style alright, and to this day they still remain totally underrated and underexposed for reasons I don't know. Plutocracy existed from 1989 till 1993, but they re-united in 1998 to record "Sniping Pigz" in honor of the late Dan "Zodiac Iller" Hogan.
