Swarrrm starts it off very nicely with a short piano intro (yeah, a piano intro) before their usual noise kicks in with the piano still following for a while which sounds seriously awesome, and the guys from Bloodred Bacteria play more traditional but pretty good grindcore (not saying there isn't a little experimenting with the riffs here and there though). Getting a hold of a physical copy shouldn't be too hard since I saw some imports on eBay.
